<br />in the official newspaper of the City at least once, and shall <br />be mailed to the owner of each parcel described in the <br />assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of <br />said meeting. For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners <br />of said parcels shall be those shown as such on the records of <br />the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does <br />not appear on such records (other than owners of property <br />which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) <br />shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he <br />has requested in writing that the County Treasurer include his <br />name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
