<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COm~CIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the city hall in said city on Monday, the 25th day of <br />July, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br />Council Member Johnson introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resol ution No. 7540 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE LAYOUT APPROVAL OF MINNESOTA DE- <br />PARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PLANS FOR RECONSTRUCTING <br />THE COUNTY ROAD D BRIDGE OVER TRUNK HIGHWAY 1-3 5vJ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has <br /> <br />prepared a preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of <br /> <br />Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35W within <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, at County Road D; <br /> <br />and seeks the approval thereof, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office <br /> <br />of the Department of Transportation, being marked, labeled, and <br /> <br />identified as Layout No.1 S.P. 6284 (35W=394) at County Road D. <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for <br /> <br />the improvement of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be <br /> <br />and hereby are approved, by the city council of the City of Roseville. <br />
