<br />shall state that the bids will be received by the City Manager <br />and,~ublic Works Director until II 0' clock a-. ffi. on <br />{!:t-t20 , 1983, at whic time they will be publicly <br />opene n the City Hall by the City Manager and City Public <br />Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will subsequently <br />be considered by the Council, and that no bids will be <br />considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond <br />payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such <br />bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
