<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br /> <br />of August, -1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7544 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-83-l7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement ln <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on all that property north of County <br /> <br />Road B and south of T.H. 36, bounded by Mid Oaks plat on the <br /> <br />east and Midland Hills Grove Condominiums on the west, by the <br /> <br />installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage <br /> <br />facilities, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on August 3, <br /> <br />1983, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of the owners <br /> <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />
