<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 22, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 22nd day of August, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Johnson <br /> <br />and Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Franke; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on <br />August 8, 1983, Councilman Kehr introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7548 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENT <br />P-81-23 AND P-81-24 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially <br />assessed at this time for Consolidated Improvement P-81-23 and <br />P-81-24 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land <br />affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of <br />benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accordance with <br />the provisions of Minn. Stat. Chapter 429, as amended, and <br />notice has been duly mailed and published, as required by law, <br />that this Council would meet to hear, consider and pass upon <br />all objections, if any, and said proposed assessment has at <br />all times since its filing been open for public inspection, <br />and an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to <br />present their Objections, if any, to such proposed <br />assessments. <br /> <br />2. This Council, having heard and considered all objec~ <br />tions so presented, and being fully advised in the premises, <br />
