August 12, 2011 <br />Members of the Board <br />Attached is the invoice from Ramsey County Public Works (RCPW) for the Lake <br />Wabasso Veg. surveys that were performed in June and late -July 2011. Note:. The <br />Wabasso invoice amount is exactly what the contract states (see attached). <br />The total invoice is for $2,095.70. Of this amount, $1,965.70 is for the two Wabasso <br />surveys and $130.00 is for Owasso project GI$ Prep -work. <br />It appears that RCD billed the RCPW for some " GIS prep - work" for the, at the time <br />proposed Lake Owasso study, before the GLWMO canceled the Owasso project. <br />I've asked Ann W. from the RCD to provide me with documentation that they invoiced <br />RCPW and were paid for the two hours for Owasso study prep -work and the other work <br />they contributed to the Wabasso studies (see attached). <br />I recommend the GL WMO reimburse the RCPW for the amount of $2,095:70, including <br />the $130.00 paid to the RCD by the RCPW for the Owasso work. <br />Sinee ly. <br />Tom Petersen <br />
