<br />7s-s3 y- 5"'; <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 22, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 22nd day of August, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Johnson <br /> <br />and Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Franke; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on <br />August 8, 1983, Councilman Kehr introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7553 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. P-82-l7 <br />AND DEFERRING CERTAIN PAYMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
