It is hereby found and determined by this Council <br />that the foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said <br />proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for <br />payment of the cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />3. The payment of the first installment of each proposed <br />assessment as amended is deferred for each of the following <br />lots, pieces and parcels of land: <br /> <br />a. Parcel No. 79-00800-200-50 <br /> <br />b. Parcel No. 79-00800-170-50 <br /> <br />c. Parcel No. 79-00800-180-50 <br /> <br />d. Parcel No. 79-00800-190-50 <br /> <br />The deferment for' each lot, piece or parcel of property shall <br />continue until such time as that lot, piece or parcel of pro- <br />perty is no longer used as a single family residence; provided <br />that in no event shall the payment be deferred beyond May 15, <br />1998. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Franke and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />Present; and the following voted against the same: None; <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br />
