<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, HELD ON SEPTEMBER 12, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the city hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in <br /> <br />Roseville, Minneosta, on Monday, the 12th day of September, 1983, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Johnson introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7560 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ill~ENDING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR <br />DISEASED TREES M-81-1 <br />(Auditor No. 5331) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Diseased Tree Removal <br /> <br />Project M-81-1, as last finally amended and adopted on August 23, <br /> <br />1982, was filed and certified to the Ramsey County Department of <br /> <br />Taxation for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1983, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a particular error has become evident in the <br /> <br />aforedescribed assessment roll, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby amend the original assessment as contained in the <br />
