WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has adopted an amendment to the City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan to include a "Master Buffer Plan", after a public hearing held on July 10, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has studied and recommended prototype screening and buffers within an area bounded by County Road C, Hamline Avenue, Rose Place, and Snelling Avenue. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville City Council hereby approves and adopts an amendment to the City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan subject to review and comment of the plan by the Metropolitan Council which: 1) includes a "Master Buffer Plan" as a standard set of screening and buffer measures and implementation strategies to guide projects throughout the City. 2) Incorporate prototype screening and buffers along the common east-west property line parcels and platted lots within an area bounded by County Road C, Hamline Avenue, Rose Place, and Sneiiing Avenue.
