EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD - DECEMBER 12, 1983 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 12th day of December, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. and, the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7571 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and establish employee compensation for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1984, and ending December 31, 1984, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges for certain City employees in 1984: 1984 Yearly Salary Ranges Classification Clubhouse Supervisor License Supervisor Police Secretary Liquor Store Supervisor Administrative Secretary Golf Course Superintendent Engineering Supervisor $13,400 - 14,900 - 14,900 - 16,300 - 18,100 - 23,900 - 26,400 - $16,800 18,600 18,600 20,300 22,600 29,900 32 ,900 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that employees covered under this plan be provided a monthly insurance contribution of $160.00 for 1984. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Franke , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present. and, the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared passed and adopted.
