EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD - DECEMBER 12, 1983 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 12th day of December, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. and, the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7572 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and establish employee compensation for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1984, and ending December 31, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby adjust and update its Administrative and Management Salary Program by adjusting salary ranges five (5) percent for 1984. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employees covered under this plan be provided a monthly insurance contribution of $175.00 for 1984, plus the total cost of the long-term disability premium for 1984. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Franke , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted for the same: All present. and, the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared passed and adopted.
