<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 19th of <br /> <br />December, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Coun- <br /> <br />cilmen Franke, Kehr, Curley and Johnson; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7575 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-83-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville by the construction of concrete curb and gutter, <br /> <br />bituminous paving, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances <br /> <br />on that property abutting Fernwood Avenue from County Road B to <br /> <br />Roselawn Avenue, and to assess the benefited property for all or <br /> <br />a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. <br />
