<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~IEETING OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />JANUARY 9, 1984 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the <br />City Hall in said City on the 9th day of January, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />TIle following members were present: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and <br />Demos. <br /> <br />and, the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7577 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its November 14,1983, meeting <br />approved Yale Marshall's request for preliminary plat at 2120 Cleveland, and <br /> <br />WHEr~AS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, a public <br />hearing was conducted on t1r. Marshall's request for final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving subdivision <br />plats, <br /> <br />NOVl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Hr.
