<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the city hall in said city on Monday, the 13th day of <br />February, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kehr introduced and moved the <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resol ution No. 7584 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOINT AND COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMENT FOR USE OF PERSONNEL AND <br />EQUIPMENT - <br />REGIONAL MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />h'fIEREAS, the City of Roseville desires to become a member of <br />the Regional Mutual Aid Association and its Director of Public <br />Works is its authorized representative, and; The Superintendent <br />of Streets and Utilities as alternate, and <br />WHEREAS, a mutual need exists between members of the Regional <br />Mutual Aid Association to share and assist one another in the <br />areas of emergency, disaster control, and mitigation, and <br />NHEREAS, the City of Roseville considers it to be in the <br />best interests of the City to enter into a mutual agreement with <br />the other members of the Regional Mutual Aid Association. <br /> <br />NOW, TliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville <br />enter into agreement with the Regional Mutual Aid Association and <br />
