<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Purs~ant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />o~ the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />~~:~ he:6 at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day <br /> <br />of ?ebruary, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The =ollowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Co~ncil Members Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the follow- <br /> <br />lnq were absent: None. <br /> <br />Council Member Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7585 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-84-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on the north side of Victoria Street east <br /> <br />of Roselawn Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on January 16, <br /> <br />1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage <br /> <br />of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
