<br />restaurant within a B-1B zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the parking aisle on the southeast side of the building be restructured for angled parking <br />and be one-way with a minimum width of 16 feet; and that the signage be provided to <br />indicate that the drive aisle is one-way only. <br /> <br />2. That the proposed pedestrian ramp meet ADA and City requirements. <br /> <br />3. That a landscape plan be submitted and reviewed by the City planning staff. <br /> <br />4. That all drawings dated 6-4-96 are considered part of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. That violation of the terms and conditions of the Conditional Use Permit shall be considered <br />a violation of the City Code and may include fines and/or revocation ofthe permit. <br /> <br />6.
