<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the city hall in said city on Monday, the 27th day of <br />February, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />cTohnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br />Council Member Kellr introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resol ution No. 7589 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY LAYOUT <br />FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TRUNK HIGHWAY 51 SOUTH OF <br />TRUNK HIGmlAY 36 <br />WHEREAS, the Comnlissioner of the Department of Transportation <br />has prepared a preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of <br />Trunk Highway Number 125 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 51 within <br />the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, from the corporate <br />limits to Trunk Highway 36; and seeks the approval thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office <br />of the Department of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being <br />marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No.2 S.P. 6215-58 and <br />S.P. 6216-91 (51=125) from Como Avenue to Trunk Highway 36. <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of construction, all frontage roads <br />and access roads as shown on said preliminary plans will be conveyed <br />to the City of Roseville. The City of Roseville will then assume <br />jurisdiction including maintenance of all frontage and access roads. <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for <br />the improvement of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be <br />and hereby are approved. <br />
