<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />February 27, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day of <br /> <br />February, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Franke; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None; <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7592 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. M-84-9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, at the intersection of County Road B-2 and <br /> <br />proposed American Street, by the installation of a traffic signal <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances, is hereby declared to be signed by <br /> <br />the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />
