<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day of <br /> <br />February, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7593 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ST-P-SW-84-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, including all that property abutting County Road D <br />(on the south side only) from Highcrest Road to Cleveland Avenue <br /> <br />by the installation of storm sewer, sidewalk, traffic signal, <br /> <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb a~d gutter, watermain work and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property <br /> <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br /> <br />Minn. Statutes Sec. 429.011 to 429.111. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Public <br />Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />
