EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA A regular meeting of the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the twelfth day of August, 1996, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall, and the following were absent: None. The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1996 assessment roll for the following projects: P-94-1O UL-94-14 P-95-02-15 P-95-02-44 P-95-02-46 P-95-û2-51 ST-95-04 M-95-14 Lincoln Drive and County Road C-2 Heine! Drive street light Terrace Drive, Judith A venue, Huron Street, Dellwood Street, and Merrill Street Acorn Road Skillman A venue, Rosewood Lane North, Rosewood Lane South, Draper Avenue, Rosedale Drive, Midland Hills Road, and Lake Stïeet Fry Street, Midlothian Road, Aldine Street, Herschel Street, w"neeler Street, Beacon Street, Ryan A venue, Shryer A venue, and Eldridge A venue PMP Neighborhood 44, storm sewer Rosewood Lane North, 2201 through 2235, bury utility service The above assessment rolls were prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed by the Council and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. Councilmember Maschka introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RRSOLUTION NO. 9315 RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of RoseviUe, that the proposed 1996 assessment roll for the following projects: P-94-10, UL-94-14, P-95-02-15, P-95-02-44, P-95-02-46, P-95- 02-51, ST-95-04, and M-95-14, now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notices that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments on September 9, 1996, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City ofRoseville at 6:30 o'clock p.rn.
