<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 12, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 12th day of March, <br /> <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />members Franke, Kehr, and Johnson; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7598 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-84-13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve a portion of the City of <br />Roseville by the enlargement of Fulham Pond and to assess the <br />benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to <br /> <br />429.111. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con- <br />nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />
