<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-P-SW-84-3 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 23rd day of April, 1984, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />ST-P-SW-84-3 including all that property abutting County Road D <br />(on the south side only) from Highcrest Avenue to Cleveland <br />Avenue, by the installation of storm sewer, sidewalks, traffic <br />signal, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermain <br />work and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substan- <br />tially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which <br />is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$2,206,173.85. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting County Road D (on the <br />south side only) from Highcrest Road to <br />Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 26, 1984 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />~ames F.
