<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 23, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the city hall in said city on ~1onday, April 23, 1984 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />Member Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7603 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF <br />FERNWOOD STREET FRQ\1 RYAN AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD B <br /> <br />\ffiEREAS, Fernwood Street from Ryan Avenue to West County Road B, <br />a Municipal State Aid Street CM.S.A. No. 221); and <br /> <br />\ffiEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, <br />including the prohibition of parking on one side for thirty-four foot <br />wide designs. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited <br />on the west side of Fernwood Street CM.S.A. No. 221) from Ryan Avenue to <br />West County Road B identified as Roseville Project No. P-83-20 be adopted. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED, that the Pub lic Works Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution <br />to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />
