<br />EXTRACT UF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the twelfth day of August, 1996, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall, and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9316 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE, CITY PROJECT ST -95-07 <br />AMERICAN LEGION PONDS EAST OF VICTORIA STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on April 10, 1995, Arnt Construction of <br />Hugo, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvement associated with City Projects ST-95-07, <br />construction of two storm water ponds known as the American Legion Ponds; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOT A, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for <br />the final payment of such contract in the amount of$I,877.40, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Wiski, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, <br />Goedeke, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />) <br />) SS <br />) <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manger of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 12th day of August, 1996, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 12th day of August, 1996. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />~4 <br />City nager <br />
