EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE . . . . . . . . Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-third day of April, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos Curley and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7606 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT TO SHARE COSTS OF PROPOSED SIGNAL AT COUNTY ROAD D AND OLD HIGHWAY 8. WHEREAS, the County has planned the improvement of County Road D (CSAH 19) from Highcrest Road to State Trunk Highway 35W; and WHEREAS, it is considered mutually desirable to install traffic control signals at County Road D and Old Highway 8; and WHEREAS, the county shall prepare the necessary plans, specifications and proposals, take bids, tabulate bids, and with concurrence of the city, shall award a contract for the installation of the said traffic signals; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City enter into agreement with the County of Ramsey to share in the cost of the installation of a traffic signal at County Road D and Old Highway 8. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. and the following voted against same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
