<br />WHEREAS it appears that A.P. Keller Construction Company of <br />St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabu- <br />lated price of $l37,853.60. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with A.P. Keller Construction Company <br />for $137,853.60 in the name of the City of Roseville for the <br />above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br /> <br /> <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br /> <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present~ <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />I.. <br />
