<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 7, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 7th day of May, <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />members Curley, Johnson, Kehr and Franke; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7609 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENT P-83-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on April 23, 1984, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement P-83-20 and has pre- <br /> <br />sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for <br />Improvement P-83-20 shall be published as required by law, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the basis of <br />a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be <br />
