<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />May 21, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 21st day of <br /> <br />May, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Franke: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None: <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7613 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. Ss-w-p-84-l8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, in the general area north of County Road C <br />and immediately east of the St. Anthony border, by the installa- <br /> <br />tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous <br /> <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />
