<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />June 11, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseveille, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 11th day of <br /> <br />June, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Johnson; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7615 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-P-84-18 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council received a petition from the owners <br />of all that property in the general area north of County Road C <br />and immediately east of the St. Anthony border, requesting that <br /> <br />the Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bitu- <br /> <br />minous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenan- <br /> <br />ces, at said location and requesting that the entire cost of said <br /> <br />improvement be assessed against their property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May <br />21, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Public Works <br /> <br />Director. wi th reference to the improvement, and th is report was <br /> <br />received,by the Council on June 11, 1984. <br />
