<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-84-8 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 9th day of July, 1984, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />ST-84-8 including all that property in the general area north of <br />County Road B-2, south of Oakcrest Avenue and between Fairview <br />Avenue and Fry Street, by the installation of storm sewer main <br />and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially <br />In accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now <br />on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$440,835.42. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property in the general area north of County <br />Road B-2, south of Oakcrest Avenue and between Fairview <br />Avenue and Fry Street, including the following: <br /> <br />All of Fairview Hills Addition <br /> <br />All of Lot 1, Block 2, Rosedale Center First <br />Addition <br /> <br />All of the following parcel numbers: <br /> <br />79-00900-010-13 <br />79-00900-010-14 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: June 11, 1984 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
