<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-84-4 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 9th day of July, 1984, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-84-4 including all that property north of Roselawn Avenue, <br />west of Victoria Street, east of Chatsworth Street and south of <br />Ryan Avenue extended by the installation of sanitary sewer and <br />necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially In <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on <br />file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$49,405.26. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property north of Roselawn Avenue, west of <br />Victoria Street, east of Chatsworth Street and south of <br />Ryan Avenue extended including the following: <br /> <br />All of Oakridge Lane Addition <br /> <br />All of the following parcels: <br /> <br />79-01400-010-38 <br />79-01400-080-39 <br />79-01400-100-39 <br />79-01400-140-39 <br />79-01400-060-40 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: June 11, 1984 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
