<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JUNE 11, 1984 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on June 11, 1984, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Kehr then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7618 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-l9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Oxford Street from Woodlane Drive to County <br /> <br />Road C-2 and on Judith Avenue from Aglen Street to Oxford Street <br /> <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on May <br /> <br />24, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percen- <br /> <br />tage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />
