McCrossan, Inc. <br /> <br />$342,163.71 <br />$358,417.91 <br />$371,886.37 <br /> <br />Park Construction <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Arnt Construction Company, <br /> <br />Incorporated of <br /> <br />Minnesota is the lowest <br /> <br />responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $278,098.61. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Arnt Construction Company, <br />Incorporated for $278,098.61 in the name of the City of Roseville <br />for the above improvement according to the plans and specifica- <br />tions thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file <br />in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. <br />return <br />except <br />bidder <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Curley and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />present; and the following voted against the same: None; <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
