<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 25, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 25th day of June, 1984, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr and Curley <br />and the following were absent: Johnson <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7620 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-21 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Dellwood Avenue from County Road B-2 to <br />approximately 550 feet south of County Road B-2 by the <br /> <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter <br />and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on June 19, <br />1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage <br /> <br />of owners affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section <br /> <br />429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />
