<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />J u 1 Y 9, 1 984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1984, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Kehr, Curley, Johnson and Franke; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7624 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Galtier Street from County Road C-2 to South <br /> <br />Owasso Boulevard, by the installation of bituminous street, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with <br /> <br />the Council on June 11, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by <br /> <br />the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />Council of the City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />
