<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 9, 1984 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 9, 1984, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Curley and Anderson: <br /> <br />and the fOllowing were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7625-A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENTS <br />" P-82-2l, P-82-22 and P-82-32 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Consolidated Improvements <br />No. P-82-2l, P-82-22 and P-82-32 of the City of Roseville on <br />Farrington Street from County Road C to County Road C-2, lona Lane <br />from Matilda Street to Virginia Avenue and Matilda Street from <br />Iona Lane to County Road C-2 by the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $ 191.810.36 and the other expenses incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br />$ 43,942.05 so that the total cost of the Improvements will be <br />$ 235,752.41 , and of this cost the City will pay $176,241.73 <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 59,510.68 <br />
