<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 9, 1984 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 9, 1984, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Curley; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7625-C <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENTS <br />NO. P-82-25, P-82-27, P-82-29 and p-82-30 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Consolidated Improvements <br />No. P-82-25, P-82-27, P-82-29 and P-82-30 of the City of <br />Roseville on Transit Avenue from Brooks Avenue to Churchill <br />Street, Chatsworth Street from Brooks Avenue to Transit Avenue, <br />and Oxford Street from Brooks Avenue to a point 170 feet south of <br />the center line of Transit Avenue by the construction of bitumi- <br />nous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenan- <br />ces, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $ 114.508.88 and the other expenses incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br />$ 31.408.99 so that the total cost of the Improvements will be <br />$ 114.916.87 , and of this cost the City will pay $109.428.65 <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 36,488.22 <br />
