<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 9, 1984 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 9, 1984, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Curley and Anderson; <br /> <br />~.: <br />, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7625-D <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-P-82-28 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />~, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />ST-P-82-28 of the City of Roseville on Skillman Avenue from <br />Hamline Avenue to Pascal Street by the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities and <br />necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $ 81.150.04 and the other expenses incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br />$ 18,585.99 so that the total cost of the Improvements will be <br />$ 99.736.03 , and of this cost the City will pay $ 74.810.47 <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br />be $ <br /> <br />The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />24r925.56 <br /> <br />-.\.:,~ <br />
