<br />- <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 9, 1984 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 9, 1984, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr and Curley and Anderson; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the fOllowing resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7625-E <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-ST-83-4 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-ST-83-4 of the City of Roseville at the southeast corner of <br />County Road B and Dale Street by the relocation of sanitary <br />sewer, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $ 69.065.00 and the other expenses incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br />$ 861.02 so that the total cost of the Improvements will be <br />$ 69.926.02 , and of this cost the City will pay $7id Q';'7; n1 <br />as its share of the cost. ' <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />l. <br />be $ <br /> <br />The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />34,963.01 <br />
