<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 23, 1984 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 9th day of July, <br /> <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr and Curley; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1984 <br /> <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. P-82-23 prepared by him with <br /> <br />the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed by <br /> <br />the Council on July 9, 1984, and reported that the assessment <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7628 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />the proposed 1984 assessment roll for Improvement No. P-82-23 now <br />on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and <br />mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed <br />assessment on August 13, 1984, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The <br />notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the <br />general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be <br />assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that the proposed <br />assessment roll is on file with the Manager, and that written or <br />oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. <br />
