EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA JULY 23, 1984 A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 23rd day of July, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, and Curley; and the following were absent: Councilmember Anderson. The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1984 assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-ST-83-4, prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed by the Council on July 9, 1984, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. Councilmember Curley then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7631 RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that the proposed 1984 assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-ST-83-4 now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the pro- posed assessment on August 13, 1984, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Manager, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered.
