<br />WHEREAS it appears that H.B.H Construction of st. Paul, <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price <br /> <br />of $140,844.20. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manger are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to enter into a contract with H.B.H. Construction for $140,844.20 <br />I <br />in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvement <br /> <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />\ <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br /> <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br /> <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the. following voted in favor the.reof: All <br /> <br />present; and the following voted against the same: None; <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
