EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA AUGUST 13, 1984 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day of August, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following councilmembers were present: Mayor Demos and J Councilmembers Curley, Kehr, and John~on; and the following were absent: Councilmember Franke. \ Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved '~he adoption of the following resolution: Resolution No. 7639 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-84-22 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the City of Roseville, on West Eldridge Avenue from Fairview Avenue East to end of cuI de sac and Wheeler street from West Eldridge Avenue to West Skillman Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on July 17, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con- nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
