<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 27, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day of August, <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor DemosJand <br />Councilmembers Kehr, Johnson, Curley and Franke; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />. <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7643* <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-24 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Sextant Avenue from Victoria Street to <br /> <br />Grotto Street and Grotto Street from Sextant Avenue to County <br />Road B-2 by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bitumi- <br /> <br />nous paving and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council <br /> <br />on August 3, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby pur- <br />suant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con- <br />nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br />
