'!DB PBOÞOSm '!'U LB9Y I"Olt BœDBD mœr <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will be issuing General Improvement <br />Bonds in 1997 requiring a Dew levy; and WHEREAS, there are re- <br />serve funds sufficient to reduce the levy for General Improvement <br />Issues 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17 in the amount of <br />$1,636,221 <br /> <br />NOW, THERBPORE, BE IT RBSOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br /> <br />The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to increase the 1997 tax <br />levy for the planned General Improvement Bond Issue Series 23, <br />1997 by $81,752 and to reduce the levy by $1,511,222, which is <br />being paid by debt service reserves. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by .ember 'Ma,&chka and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Maschka,· Goedeke, <br />and Wall, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
