<br />Wr1ERp.AS, The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the <br />city of Saint pau l, i'1innesota (t_he "ERA") is willing to enter <br />into a joint powers agreement with the City of Roseville to <br />make available to the City of Roseville from the HRA's <br />allocation the sum of $1,400,000 so that the City of Roseville, <br />together with another allocation to be received by the City of <br />Rosevi11e pursuant to a joint powers agreements with another <br />city, can issue its industrial development revenue bonds in the <br />amount of $5,000,000 for the project; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEHEFOHE, BE I'l' RESOLVED, by t1:1e City of Hoseville <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The joint powers agreement, substantially in the form <br />presented t.O the City counci l, is hereby approved and the ~,1ayor <br />and the City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement on <br />behalf of t,he City of Roseville.' rrhe City Attorney is <br />authorized to approve changes to the joint powers agreement <br />prior to execution by the city. <br /> <br />2. The City's approval of this agreement shall in no <br />manner be deemed to be approval of the project or approval by <br />the City of issuance of its industrial development revenue <br />bonds for the project. <br /> <br />3. Advance Circuits, Inc. is required to follow all <br />established City procedures in regard to this project including <br />but not limited to Planning Commission review and City Council <br />review of the project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Demos and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, 'the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
