<br />Encon Utilities <br /> <br />$85,212.75 <br />$85,222.50 <br />$92,351.00 <br /> <br />Burschville <br /> <br />Robert Moore <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Lake Area Utility of Hugo, Minnesota <br />is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of <br /> <br />$62,447.25. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Lake Area Utility for $62,447.25 in <br />the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvement <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />2. <br />return <br />except <br />bidder <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Mayor Demos and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All pre- <br /> <br />sent; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
