<br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Franke and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All present; and the <br /> <br />following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was <br /> <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of <br />a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 24th <br />day of September, 1984, with the original thereof on file in my <br />office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript insofar <br />as the same relates to Improvement No. P-84-29. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal of the <br />City this 15th day of March 1985 . <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
