<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF NEETING <br />OF 'IHE CITY CDUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOI'A <br /> <br />HEW - SeptemlEr 24, 1984 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the City Hall <br />in said City on the 24th day of September, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following rmrembers were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Johnson and Franke. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilmembers Curley and Kehr. <br /> <br />~r <br />and its adoption: <br /> <br />Franke <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOlUTION NO. 7654 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of lbseville, Section 71.070 <br />and 66.340 provides that the City may certify to the Cormty Auditor the <br />aITOunts of unpaid sewer and water charges to be entered as part of the tax <br />levy on said premises and ensuing year: <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CDUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, HINNESOI'A PS FOLIDWS: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by <br />reference is a list of parcels of real property lying within the City limits <br />which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water service of the City <br />of lbseville, and on which there are unpaid sewer and water charges as shown <br />on the attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />2. The Council hereby certifies said list and requests the <br />Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the aITOrmt set <br />forth in Exhibit "A" for taxes due and payable in 1985. <br /> <br />The rrotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by ~r Johnson upon a vote being taken thereon, the follarJing <br />voted in famr thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />And the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
